Where and When?
We will likely find a venue within the GTA somewhere, when there are enough people interested in attending
The date is TBD but will likely fall on a Monday to Thursday as weddings usually occupy Friday to Sunday dates.
Dress code will be entirely casual.
Who will be there?
The Who Is Here listing will be updated to show committed attendees.
The event will be a controlled admittance - If you are not on the list, and expect to just crash, you won't be let in.
Will there be a cost to attend?
TBD. Depends on the size of our interested and committed list.
Venues can require upfront security deposits and as an organizer nobody wants to commit monies in advance without guaranteed attendance.
Attendees will be responsible for their own bar tab.
What is the format?
TBD.
Likely this is finger foods, and a meet and greet for several hours without any formal sit down dinner.
Preliminary feedback is people just want to chat without any loud music or entertainment.
Why do you need my email address and last year attended?
I need email addresses to be able to send you messages or updates. There is no site user name or password however you will need an email address registered with me, to see the list of Who Is Here and their potential status of attendance.
Email addresses are stored behind a secure firewall and they are not used for any solicitation
