Background Info On Ballots
Ballots for tee time success are based on the total points of a foursome
Foursomes that played only on Saturdays will likely get success with Clublink’s equitable calculations
Conversely a foursome ballot with frequent weekday players should get lower priority / success
What the Weekend Warriors desire is high odds of ballot success so that we can pool times
Successful ballot times become our weekend donated times and we can subsequently swap players
Members accept that if they are successful on a ballot, it may not result in automatic inclusion
We will try to pair high frequency players with some low frequency players for better success chances
Every attempt will be made to keep our process fair and equitable to all
History has shown I need 12-14 successful donated times for this work
If demand exceeds our supply some of the retired Weekend Warriors have volunteered to sit out 1 of the weekend days
Your Current Direction (Column 3) shows the preference currently recorded for each date.
If you did not update any preferences, the assumption is I am Out / Busy so I will not include you in any draft times
